In that time, Ajay has scaled Assets For Acres to 7-figures with the help of his dream team. Ajay’s passion and creative genius lies in understanding people for win-win outcomes.
Drew Haney
Drew Haney puts the FU in fun (funding and underwriting). Drew sold his land flipping company after scaling to 7 figures. He then built a 7 figure funding company (Rooster Capital) where he now funds 15-20 flips per month. Drew also works on numerous minor land subdivisions and entitlements. His passion is to partner with solid operators and have fun in the process. Drew has done over 450 deals across 30 states and has never missed a closing.

Ben is the Co-Founder of Assets For Acres and Integrator Champion. Ben is a subject matter expert in discipline, leadership, and what it truly takes to push a team to its limits while creating a culture of high performance and high retention. As the Chief Operating Officer at Assets For Acres, Ben coaches and mentors the team to autonomously manage themselves while driving 7-figure results.
